To ensure Perselio can accurately sync your product catalogue and interact with your APIs, your servers must allow incoming requests from our infrastructure. If your environment is behind a firewall or uses IP whitelisting, you will need to add our IP ranges to your allowlist.

Why is this necessary?

Our systems periodically fetch your product feeds (via the URL provided in your dashboard) and may communicate with your backend via API to ensure real-time inventory accuracy. Without whitelisting, your security layer may block these requests, leading to outdated personalization or failed syncs.
